With a 96% occupancy rate--and over 21,000 occupants--Toronto Dominion Centre GM David Hoffman says transparency in regards to building sustainability is just good business. The report summarizes the progress the TD Centre has made at reducing its environmental footprint to date: a 14%reduction in energy use, a 12% drop in greenhouse gas emissions, and a 23% decline in water usage (23%).The only TD building not LEED-EB Goldis 95 Wellington St W, but he said it hopes to have that one on board by the end of 2014.
