Seniors Communities Get Cash Boost

Reveras deal with Health Care REIT is pushing the seniors accommodation, care, and services provider into expansion mode.The two companies announced that Health Care REIT would pump in $1.35B to share ownership in Reveras 47 retirement residences across Canada, with Revera continuing to oversee management of the properties.
