And Liberty Village Residents' Association'sTodd Hofley is also positive, calling it anecessary projectfor the residential-dominated area. In his view,the developer has a track record of being a good neighbour" (it must make some tasty brownies).Lifetime Developments, Todd says, makes conscious decisions in who they rent to, not just getting the most it can for a space.
