Not Your Typical Peel Office Building

Colliers International is looking to do tenant deals on a brand new boutique, Class-A office building on Hurontario Street, smack dab in the heart of Bramptons economic community.

The uniqueness of the project, according to Colliers VP Domenic Galati (at the mic), is in things like the customized, 10,500 SF floor plates (the building is 78k SF), 112 underground parking stalls, in-door bike facilities (it's an office that cares about your calves), plus the developers are well on their way to getting LEED Gold certification (though that doesnt seem as unique these days). TD Bank has taken 25k SF, including a bank on the ground floor, as the main tenant. Colliers held a formal kick-off yesterday.
