Say hello to Leigh Sherkin,the new planning and development manager of the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area. Leigh was formerly the founding manager of The Urban Planning Company. She has over five years' experience in policy development, planning and design, and project management and research, working for the City of London (UK)--overseeing urban design strategies for the Barbican and Liverpool Street areas.
