A Bridle Path mansion is Toronto’s only representative on a new list of Canada’s Top 10 Most Expensive Homes For Sale.

The list, compiled by Point2 Homes, is dominated by British Columbia, which had eight homes in the top 10.

Toronto’s only representative came in fourth at $35M. The mansion at 68 The Bridal Path, is a French chateau on four-plus acres.

The home includes 10 bedrooms, four baths, a two-storey ballroom, a 50-foot granite-and-tile pool, gilt bronze chandeliers and hand-carved marble mantles.

Belmont Estate in Vancouver comes with a $63M price tag.

Topping the list was Belmont Estate in Vancouver with a price tag of $63M. The 1.28-acre, 21,977 SF mansion comes with ocean views, five bedrooms, 12 baths and a French-inspired three-level garden.
