Bakers Dozen for Pearson Airport

Quick, when plane touches down, what are the first two words you want to hear? How about "bon appetit." (It beats "Whoa. Hallelujah.") Look for an uptick in cuisine choices at Toronto Pearson's Terminals 1 and 2, starting next summer, with word today that global restaurateur HMSHost is partnering with celebrity chefs Lynn Crawford (photo), Susur Lee, and Roger Mooking to create a foodie hotspot. The objective is to offer menu choices that reflect Toronto's multiculturalism. More than a dozen dining choices will take travelers on a gastronomic journey after they just finish or are about to launch on another journey. The new restaurants will open in three phases.
