Look for an uptick in cuisine choices at Toronto Pearson's Terminals 1 and 2, starting next summer, with word today that global restaurateur HMSHost is partnering with celebrity chefs Lynn Crawford (photo), Susur Lee, and Roger Mooking to create a foodie hotspot. The objective is to offer menu choices that reflect Toronto's multiculturalism. More than a dozen dining choices will take travelers on a gastronomic journey after they just finish or are about to launch on another journey. The new restaurants will open in three phases.
