WeWork Offering Free Trial, Discounts To Anyone Who Voted

Did you vote? Are you curious about coworking? WeWork has your back — in Miami, at least.

The $21B coworking giant is offering free trial space or discounted contracts to prospective tenants who prove they voted. A WeWork spokesperson said anyone can walk in to select Miami-area locations by Nov. 16, show proof of having voted (such as an "I Voted" sticker or a receipt from a voting machine), and be eligible to use a hot desk, not a private office, for free for a week.

Participants would be welcome to use common areas like the kitchen and help themselves to treats like cold brew and fruit water. This deal is available at WeWork locations downtown in the Security Building at 117 NE First Ave. and on South Beach at 350 Lincoln Road.

For someone ready to sign a longer-term contract, WeWork is offering voters, in partnership with the Miami mayor's office, 20% off a membership fee for three months and 10% off for three subsequent months.
