The University of Miami has taken the space from an armored car company. UM subleased a little more than 18k SF at Flagler Station, the 10.5M SF business park at 9675 NW 117th Ave, from Brink's for more than eight years.
Savills Studley's Robert Orban and Tyler Wyant brokered the deal for the university, while Avison Young's Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein repped Brink's. For UM, the school not only gets the space, but all the furnishings as well, Robert says.
