Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito have inked a full floor deal at a major Downtown Miami tower.

The law firm secured a 26k SF lease at One Biscayne Tower for 15 years in a deal valued at $18M. Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Gale and Andrew Trench brokered the deal on the 34th floor for the landlord, L&B Institutional Fund.

The 39-story, 700k SF office tower already has some law firms under its roof, including Broad & Cassel, which occupies its own 26k SF floor.
