RiteAid Subsidiary Headed To Fort Lauderdale Tower

A RiteAid subsidiary is heading to Bayview Corporate Tower. EnvisionRx inked a 23k SF deal for the 415k SF tower at 6451 North Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale, moving its 100 employees from the Victoriana Building on East Broward Boulevard.

Cushman & Wakefield's Jeff Holding and AJ Belt negotiated the deal. The duo also recently helped Detroit-based law firm Dickinson Wright lease more than 6k SF at Las Olas Centre II for its 20-employee location.
