Net Element In Talks To Renew, Expand In North Miami Beach

A global mobile payments processor and gift card operator is looking to expand in North Miami Beach.

Net Element Inc revealed in documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it's in talks to expand beyond the 5,400 SF it leases at 3363 NE 163rd St, a Class-A mid-rise office condo tower. In filings, the company states its lease expires by the end of the year—with payments of $19,500/month—but it's in talks with the unidentified landlord to renew and expand its operations there.

In the meantime, it will enter into a short-term lease until occupancy is ready by the second half of 2017, according to docs.
