International Plaza in Boca Trades for $20M

So-Flo Venture acquired International Plaza, a two-building office park at 7280 Palmetto Park Rd in Boca Raton, for more than $20M. The seller was an affiliate of New York-based Clarion Partners, which originally paid nearly $30M for the properties in 2007.

Both structures are three-story office buildings measuring 100k SF. The first building was finished in 1989, with the second opening in 1998. [TRD]
