Hoffman Secures Two Tenants Long Term To Flagler Corporate Center

Hoffman Properties has secured two new tenants for its Flagler office project for the long haul.

Florida International University inked a deal for 14k SF on the ground floor of Flagler Corporate Center for administrative and classroom space for its Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine Physician Assistant Studies program, which is moving from its main campus on Tamiami Trail.

The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield's Gordon Messinger for Hoffman — which bought the 635k SF building at 9250 West Flagler St in 2014 — and JLL's Vivian Gonzalez, John Marshall and Matthew Cheezem for FIU. PCM, a tech product marketer, also inked a 16k SF deal for its Latin American operations with some 90 employees.

Messinger, along with Blanca Commercial Real Estate's Luciana Carvalho and Chris Harak, brokered the PCM lease.
