Former Bank Tower Fetches $21M

The former BankAtlantic HQ at 2100 W Cypress Creek Rd traded for $21M. The 185k SF property was vacant, and according to Stiles Realty's Kimberly Barbar, who repped the seller, buyer Integra Investments has the option of leasing to a single tenant or dividing the space. Finding a buyer was particularly challenging because of its previous single-tenant use, she tells us, but its location in a growing submarket, along with various building amenities, helped attract a buyer.
