With 55% Pre-Sales, 64-Story Brickell Condo Tower Is A Go

A Brickell glass tower has gotten the financial green light to go skyward. Brickell Flatiron Condominium tower, which will span some 64 stories and have 549 units, has received the necessary pre-sale funds and actually began ground work to go vertical earlier this year.

CMC Group—led by Ugo Colombo—has generated $75M in sales in the first two quarters of the year alone, with more than half of the units under contract with buyers from the US, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina and Italy. Total presales total some $275M, officials say. The project, with units averaging $750/SF, should deliver by 2019. No details were given on how much buyers put down up front or current sale velocities.
