Noted litigator and philanthropist Jim Ferraro's contracted Palazzo Del Sol penthouse on Fisher Island will include private elevator entry into living areas with 18-foot ceilings and windows. The four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom residence also includes Signature Boffi collection kitchen and baths, equipped with Gaggenau, SubZero, Dornbracht and Duravit appliances and fixtures, along with stone surfaces featuring Italian-quarried statuary marble.

All that, plus Lualdi interior doors and hardware, Apure lighting systems by Porsche Design Studio, a Nest thermostat, a zero-edge swimming pool, pergola and summer kitchen and outdoor entertaining spaces. Jim has contracted ASR Interiors to design the interiors, while Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea is doing the 6,410 SF rooftop outdoor space. Even so, it isn't the priciest penthouse in the property: earlier this year, an unidentified Russian buyer bought one for $35M.
