Sabbia Beach Pitches in to Rehab Home

Snapped: Employees of Fernbrook Florida's Sabbia Beach, the first “toes in the sand” residential development in Pompano Beach in almost a decade, who recently came together with members of Hemisphere Sales Group to rehab a Pompano Beach home through the nonprofit Rebuilding Together Broward County. The home, located at 2767 NW 4th Court, is owned by 77-year-old Ralph Banks, a veteran and 60-year Broward County resident. Ralph, who's lived in the home for 40 years, is wheelchair bound and suffers from hypertension, and resides with his daughter and three grandchildren.
