Snapped at the Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach block party recently (between the Instagram Women): Newgard Development Group's Esther Marquez and LGD Communications' Jessica Kienzle. Newgard and One Sotheby’s International Realty hosted the party at the future site of the development, whose residential portion will include 128 condos. It's slated to break ground this summer and open in '17.
