Miami Multifamily Manager Taps Vet To Manage New South Florida Portfolio

Monument Real Estate Services has tapped a veteran multifamily manager for its South Florida expansion. The firm named Brandon Skinner (inset above) as regional manager to spearhead its new management portfolio.

That portfolio includes six area apartment properties totaling some 1,200 units, including Biscayne Shores in Miami Shores, Midora at Woodmont in Tamarac (above), Sunset Palms in Pembroke Pines and Park Plaza in Miami. The Miami-based company hired Brandon from KPC Properties, where he was responsible for regional operations. The firm plans to spend an undisclosed amount of money to upgrade the interiors of the portfolio.
