Snapped at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach’s S3 Restaurant: Merrimac Ventures' Dev Motwani, Niki Marie Auger, Newgard Development Group's Juan Pedro San Martin, Inga Leshin and Matt Pici. The event was a sneak peak of new renderings of Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale, a JV of Miami-based Newgard and Fort Lauderdale-based Merrimac (Niki, Inga and Matt will be brokers on the project). Located at 2900 Riomar St, the 96-room reborn hotel and adjacent 128-unit condo building are slated to open in late 2016.
