How tall is too tall? For the Hallandale Beach City Commission, it may be 25 stories. Developer Enrique Manhard has proposed MG 100, a 35-story, 350-unit apartment tower at 100 Federal Parkway that will also include nearly 10k SF of retail space. But in discussion for rezoning, the city's planning and zoning commission balked at Enrique's plans to span 35 stories, and wanted to cap the height to 25 stories, according The Real Deal.
