AMLI Residential acquired the Six Midtown Miami development site and additional land for $55M from Alex Vadia, principal of Midtown Opportunities. The 6.6 acres was once the site of a Chiquita Banana shipping facility. AMLI has approval to develop roughly 700 apartments in two buildings there, according to The Real Deal, citing CBRE, which brokered the sale. Zyscovich Architects designed the two residential buildings. [TRD]
