Swire Properties celebrated Art Basel 2015 by opening the Brickell City Centre construction site for members of the international art and design communities to experience the project in its unfinished form. Among other things, guests experienced Climate Ribbon, an installation that connects all three blocks of Brickell City Centre. The elevated sculptural trellis consists of steel, fabric and glass and functions as an environmental management system for the nine-acre site. Snapped: Allison Pickett, Swire’s longtime corporate art consultant, Arquitectonica founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia, designer Hugh Dutton, British pop artist Allen Jones and Swire Properties president Stephen Owens.
