Mixed-Use Development Planned for Wynwood

Goldman Properties unveiled plans for 2700 NW 2nd Ave, which it's calling Wynwood's "first true mixed-use ground up building." The property would include 72 residential units, 68 hotel rooms, about 11k SF of retail and 50k SF of office space. It would also sport a rotating selection of art work on large panels making up its facade, Curbed Miami reports. The developer also wants to include 101 spaces of parking underneath the building.
