Entercom Anchoring Little River Mixed-Use Project

Entercom Communications Corp has inked a 22,500 SF lease to be the anchor tenant for The Citadel, a 62k SF mixed-use project underway at 8300 NE 2nd Ave in Miami's Little River submarket.

Avison Young's Donna Abood, Michael Fay and Joe Abood brokered the deal for Entercom, which expands the company's footprint from its current 15k SF in Miami Gardens. Conway Commercial Real Estate's Thomas Conway represented the landlord in the transaction. Conway also is developing the Citadel project in a JV with Urban Atlantic Group.

The Entercom Miami space will include offices, studios and a performance space designed to seat up to 200 guests.
