With its proximity to Coral Gables consumers, and traffic from the University of Miami, both its current value and long-term growth potential make it a good investment, 13th Floor managing principal Arnaud Karsenti says. Existing tenants include Subway, Gables Pizza, Misha’s Cupcakes and the Riviera Plaza Theatre of the Performing Arts.
