PrimeSource Renews Flagler DC

Medley's industrial park Flagler Station is keeping a big tenant, as Primesource Building Products has renewed 140k SF and will remain the sole tenant at the distribution facility at 11700 NW 100th Rd.

Avison Young's Wayne Schuchts (center at our event in 2012, along with Stiles Realty's Paul Marko and Rilea Group's Alan Ojeda) and Andrew Bonner brokered the deal.

For Primesource, it gets to save on the expense of moving, while keeping its presence at the industrial park that is right off the Florida Turnpike. The last phase of the park is underway, and once completed, will encompass some 14M SF on 900 acres.
