PetSupermarket Fetches A New Warehouse

Bridge Development Partners just got itself a really big pooper scooper. The developer inked a deal for its new Bridge Point Davie distribution facility with PetSupermarket, the upscale pet supply boutique chain birthed right here in Florida. The retailer leased 97k SF at the 146k SF new Class-A facility at 3501 Burris Road in Davie. JLL's David Wigoda and Steven Wasserman brokered for the landlord, while JLL's Wit Truitt of the firm's Atlanta office repped PetSupermarket. Wit tells us this is an expansion of its distribution network outside of its flex HQ facility at 1100 International Pkwy in Sunrise. “They're in a growth mode,” Wit says.
