Logistics Firm Helps Fill Up Doral Warehouse

Continental Freight Forwarding has put a Miami-Airport West warehouse over the edge to fully leased.

The logistics company inked a deal for 55k SF at Beacon Centre Business Park, a 98k SF industrial building at 1850 NW 84 Ave in Doral, filling up the warehouse. State Street Realty president George Pino (here) and Ed Lyden brokered the deal for Prologis, while Casal Group's Ernesto Casal represented Continental.
