Cove Hotel Coming to Deerfield Beach

Deerfield Beach approved the development of the 134-room Cove Hotel, which will built at the Cove Shopping Center at 1755 SE 3rd Court. Plans call for the hotel, which would add to the growing number of hospitality properties in Broward, to be connected to a waterfront restaurant and a four-level parking garage, reports the South Florida Business Journal. Bluewater VIII LCC is the owner of the hotel, with Donaldson Group Architects designing it. Construction will probably begin in 2017. [SFBJ]
