Atlanta Investor Makes Hotel Inroads In Orlando

An Atlanta-based hotel investor has pushed big time into Central Florida. Noble Investment Group just purchased a five-hotel Marriott-flagged portfolio, encompassing nearly 1,400 rooms, from Ashford Hospitality Trust, for $142M, or $102k/key. Three of those five hotels are in Orlando: 312-room Courtyard Lake Buena Vista; 338-room Fairfield Inn Lake Buena Vista; and the 400-room Springhill Suites Lake Buena Vista (pictured). Two other hotels include a Courtyard in NJ and a Residence Inn in Atlanta.
