Find a niche and fill it. Thats the thinking behind Co/Lab/Orate in West Palm Beach, which will open in 10k SF next month at the Forum office complex. It will be the areas first shared workspace, hoping to capitalize locally on a national trend. Panther Management Services prez Jeff Krinsky, whose company will manage the space, says that todays professionals are seeking workspace alternatives, and not just in the largest of the large metro areas. (And they might also be looking for cool overhead lamps.)
