Jorge Perez On 2016

As a new year opens, with the stock market gyrating but cranes still abounding, Miami wonders whether real estate will stay as hot as the weather. That’s why we’re thrilled that the region’s most influential real estate figure will be keynoting our Bisnow 2016 Forecast conference this Thursday at the Four Seasons. We hope you’ll join us for a remarkable event.

No one has been more successful or prescient than Related chairman Jorge Perez. In the past, he’s been bullish on Miami’s long-term transformation into one of the world’s major commercial cities. On Thursday morning, we’ll be finding out where he stands on 2016. And hearing from other luminaries as well:

Property Markets Group Kevin Maloney is developing some of the great buildings in the current cycle, like Echo Brickell (and an incredible "supertall" on 57th in NYC). He’ll be letting us know what he thinks the challenges and opportunities are at this point in the all-important condo sector.

Lincoln Road kingpins Michael Comras and Jonathan Fryd scored an extraordinary sale of a single block there, and will be talking about new areas, projects and trends they’re focused on.

Avra Jain has pioneered the MiMo area so brilliantly, some call it the “Avra-hood.” She’ll talk about where she sees the greatest potential for exciting new development.

Noted real estate entrepreneur Tony Cho, luxury condo and hotel guru David Arditi, superbroker Alicia Cervera Lamadrid (here with her broker daughter), key Broward developer Bradley Deckelbaum, and financiers Adam Lipkin and David Cohen will also describe and analyze where we are in the economic cycle and how they advise playing it out. Join us this Thursday morning to hear Jorge Perez and other luminaries on what they see ahead for 2016.
