Appetite for Industrial Grows

Chris Scott, president and CEO of Flagler Global Logistics, anticipates more demand for industrial space because of the port expansions and restoration of the PortMiami rail line. With that in mind, and on the heels of 233k SF in leasing at Flagler Station in Q1, his company broke ground recently on the 1.7M SF Flagler Station Phase 3, which can accommodate industrial tenants between 12k SF and 500k SF. Phase 2 is almost at capacity, and so the timing is right for Phase 3, Chris says.
