Willow Creek Corporate Center Sells To Preylock For $136M

The Willow Creek Corporate Center sold last week to Preylock Real Estate Holdings. The complex includes 421,785 SF across seven fully leased buildings in Redmond along Willows Road NE.

The sale price was $136M, or $322/SF, The Registry reports.

The seller was BRE WA Office Owner LLC, a subsidiary of New York-based Blackstone. Blackstone acquired the property for $208M in July 2015 from Arden Realty, according to King County records.

The complex is a hotbed of tech companies. Since January, Facebook’s Oculus has filed $88.5M in permits for offices in the complex.

The HFF team represented the seller and procured the buyer.
