Retail Space Put On Market At One88 In Bellevue

Five retail suites are up for lease in the new One88 luxury condominium tower in Bellevue. The space will be ready for occupancy in spring 2020.

The 21-story, angular building, which is being constructed by Bosa Development, is at the intersection of Bellevue Way and NE Second Street in downtown Bellevue. The spaces have tall ceilings ranging from 22 to 26 feet.

The exclusive condominium project includes a three-bedroom, 1,949K SF penthouse that is on the market for $2.9M. Condo prices started at $800K.

Colliers International's Mark C. Anderson is the agent for the retail space.

“One88’s retail is a unique opportunity to tap into the growing excitement and energy of Downtown Bellevue, as well as the spending strength of an increasingly affluent population that shops along the Bellevue Way corridor,” Anderson said in a statement.
