The Triangle, a mixed-used apartment building, recently opened in Redmond near the Redmond Town Center and future light-rail station. The six-story mid-rise includes 195 one- and two-bedroom units and lofts, as well as 9,500 SF of amenities. There are 195 parking spots along with 4,775 SF of retail space.

The Triangle is part of Redmond’s Downtown Couplet Conversion Project, which is attempting to make the area more friendly for drivers, pedestrians and bikes by turning Redmond Way and Cleveland Street into two-way roads. The building includes pedestrian-friendly awnings and wide sidewalks. The corners of the retail spaces are intentionally set back to allow for sidewalk seating.

The Triangle was developed by Legacy Partners and designed by Tiscareno Associates.
