Kiara Seattle In South Lake Union Includes 461 Residential Units.

Holland Partner Group and Nash Investments opened the 42-story Kiara Seattle apartment building Sept. 1 in South Lake Union. The 467,409 SF building includes 461 residential units that range from 547K to more than 3K SF. It also features more than 16K SF of retail on Denny and Terry avenues. 

All units include air conditioning, smart NEST thermostats, motorized roller shades, stainless steel Bosch appliances, gas ranges and quartz countertops, as well as full-size washer/dryer units.

The building is at 111 Terry Ave. N. and includes a conference room, a dog lounge with washing station and a dog play area that has two spaces to accommodate both shy and outgoing pets. It also includes package lockers, cold storage and fast elevators that travel 1,200 feet per minute.

There is a fitness center, a group fitness studio with spin bikes and streaming fitness classes. There is also an elevated park with plants, paths, seating areas and barbecue stations and fire pits. The Pavillion area offers entertaining space with a rollup door.

Holland Partner Group is based in Vancouver, Washington, and has approximately 50,000 units on the West Coast.
