Lba Realty Llc Recently Purchased This 81,700 Sf Warehouse In Renton For $11.3M.
LBA Realty LLC recently purchased an 81,700 SF warehouse in Renton for $11.3M. The warehouse, at 3002 Lind Ave., sits on 4.06 acres. Two-thirds of the warehouse was vacant at the time of sale.
The warehouse has 24-foot clear height ceilings. The Renton location has easy access to Highway 167 and interstates 405 and 5.
“We received a lot of interest in the 3002 Lind Avenue Building from investors from all over,” Colliers International Executive Vice President Matt McGregor said.
McGregor and Colliers’ Bill Condon arranged the transaction. The seller was Lind Ave LLC. McGregor and Condon will act as leasing agents on behalf of LBA Realty.
