Embassy Suites To Open In Pioneer Square

Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square will open March 28, just in time for the Mariners’ opening day. The 282-room hotel at 255 King St. is near CenturyLink Field and Safety Field.

The hotel has a 7,433 SF ballroom that seats 545 theater-style, as well as an atrium, which can transition into a wedding venue that overlooks the city.

The hotel features the bar Zephyr, which serves Northwest-style small bites.

Each room comes with an Alexa device, in addition to WiFi and 4K Smart TVs.

The health club includes a heated indoor pool and a hot tub, an exercise room and a sun deck.

The building is part of the city’s Stadium Place plan intended to revitalize the historic Pioneer Square district. It replaced a parking lot north of CenturyLink Field with housing, hotels, offices and restaurants. Stadium Place also includes The Wave residential high-rise, The Nolo apartment building and the Hawk Tower office building.
