You Know You're a Seattleite When...

...you've spent years living in the area and have accumulated a closetful of plaid shirts and polar fleece. NAIOP Seattle chapter president Mark Dibble tells us he celebrated his 15th anniversary of coming to Seattle last week (and though he wasn't wearing polar fleece, we imagine he does own some). Mark recently joined Bluewater Realty Capital, and when speaking at NAIOP's monthly breakfast meeting he indulged in another Seattle pasttime: joking about ex-Mariners who now play for the Yankees. Mark tells us he's excited for NAIOP's annual Night of the Stars event—the Academy Awards of CRE—Nov. 9 at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency. So are we. More on that next week.
