We're on the ground in Vegas for ICSC's RECon. It's where we found Colliers investment sales guru Maurice Nieman. Maurice tells us he's already sold $40M in net leases in the first four months of the year and expects that pace to continue. Also: he's recently returned from a first visit to Havana, where he joined the Jewish Federation on a humanitarian mission.
A little-known fact about ICSC is you get thrown out if you don't have a picture while pointing at something. Maurice obliges us by indicating a guiding Colliers philosophy.
