| Adams Commercial Group principal Cary Adams reports he's had a busy couple of months, representing local company DataPro as it acquired land from Safeway in Ballard to build its new HQ at an attractive price. Cary also transacted a 4k SF lease deal in the Old Mill Town project in downtown Edmonds. Now he's trying to find a buyer for Bellingham's Balcos Business Park and working with several local investor clients in the process of acquiring and closing on medical/dental, retail, industrial, and apartment properties. Things are definitely looking up, he says: "People are gaining confidence, and the cost of money is extremely attractive especially for owner user purchases where the buyer can take advantage of the SBA 505 and 7(a) programs with as little as a 10% down payment." |
