| This week, we learned about one of them: he brokered the sale of 1534 1st Ave South to Chris Hansen's group, WSA Properties II, recorded yesterday afternoon. This was one of the parcels Chris needed to build an NBA/NHL stadium just behind Safeco Field's parking garage. He's already accummulated what he needs but may continue buying land in the area anyway. |
