Let the Games Begin!

Our Seattle Bisnow reporter, in London to cover the 2012 Olympic Games, has been bowled over by the transformation of London's formerly gritty east end into a classy hotel district with some extraordinary eating and meeting places. Above, the new "Airline" service between the ExCel Center in the Docklands and the North Greenwich Arena (the venue for gymnastics and basketball) is a stunning way to take in the sunset over the Thames.
