Founded in 1971, they have 350 employees in five offices and are known for designingsuch local landmarks as Bellevue Towers (with GBD Architects), Redmond City Hall, theCostco Wholesale corporate HQ in Issaquah, Olive 8 (with Gluckman Mayner Architects and Zena Design Group), and Escala (with Thoryk Architects) in Seattle.
