Kent Valley Commercial Buildings Sell For $14.5M

The Andover Park East Building Is In Kent. Kent Is The Second-Fastest-Growing City In The U.s.

LBA Realty recently purchased a two-building portfolio in the Kent Valley, Andover Park East in Tukwila and Allied Building in South Kent, for $14.5M.

Andover Park East, built in 1974, is a 72,882 SF structure on 2 acres near Southcenter Mall. The property was partially leased to Moe’s Home Collection and Osum Event Rentals at the time of the sale.

The Allied Building, completed in 1979, is 30K SF and sits on 2 acres. It was leased to Allied Building Products Corp. at the time of the sale.

Colliers International's Bill Condon and Matt McGregor represented the seller, a private investor, and procured the buyer.
