Nah, it's the team from Holland Development rallying around CEO Clyde Holland on Tuesday at the groundbreaking of 815 Pine, to be the tallest residential tower in Seattle, contributing 386 units, 40 stories, and a not inconsequential amount of glass to the Seattle apartment scene. Maybe this theatrical display was a tribute to the adjacent Paramount Theatre, which played a prominent part in determining the color scheme of the new building (rich, earthy tones, we hear...) 815 Pine is on track to open late 2014. |
