South Carolina developer Greystar is moving forward with plans for a seven-story apartment building in South Lake Union on Boren Avenue North that would make going to work as easy as crossing the street for Amazon employees. The 290-unit project exemplifies two intriguing trends: interest in building apartments downtown and interest from East Coast investors. No name has been revealed, but if you have Amazon Prime, your apartment will be ready in two days.
